Ski buddies
Find a ski buddy for your next day on the hill.
Your friends can’t make it, your partner snowboards, or you’ve just moved to the mountains. Broski shows you who’s skiing your resort on your days, at your level, so you can find people to ski with instead of riding the chairlift alone. It’s free at 3,500+ resorts in 69 countries.
From solo laps to a ski partner
Four steps, all free.

Why it’s hard to find people to ski with
Skiing is social, but the logistics aren’t. Your friends ride different days, live in different cities or ski at a different level. Ski clubs often run on fixed schedules, and posting in a Facebook group usually means a lot of “maybe” and not much skiing. What you really want to know is simple: who else is skiing here, on the day I’m free, at a pace I can keep up with?
That’s the question Broski is built to answer.
How Broski finds you a ski buddy
Your profile does the matching
Tell Broski whether you ski, snowboard or both, your level for each, your home resort and your season passes. When you open someone’s profile, you’ll see what you have in common: the resorts you both ride, the days you’re both free, the passes and interests you share.
Availability, not endless messaging
Mark the days you’re free and every rider can see your next two weeks. On the Find screen, pick a resort and a date to see who’s available, then narrow it down by ski or snowboard and ability. With Broski Pro you can also filter by age, language, interests, pass and more.
A request before any chat
Found someone? Send a request. Once they accept, you can chat one to one and sort out where to meet and what to ride. Nobody can message you until you say yes, and blocking takes one tap.
Not ready for one to one? Join a group
Some people would rather meet a few skiers at once. Broski has group chats for each resort and for pass crews like Epic and Ikon, and riders host events such as lift laps, après and meetups. You can see who’s going before you commit. Read more about ski groups and meetups.
Make the first day a good one
Meet somewhere busy like the base area or a lift line, start with an easy warm-up run so you can see each other ski, and agree on a regroup spot. Be honest about your level, and don’t follow anyone onto terrain you’re not comfortable with. Our guide to meeting ski buddies safely walks through the whole day, and our Safety Tips cover the essentials.
Questions and answers
Is Broski free?
Yes. Finding skiers, sending requests, chatting and joining events are all free. Broski Pro is an optional subscription that adds extras like advanced filters, availability at any resort and rider alerts.
What if nobody is skiing my resort on my day?
Try a nearby day, look at the map for riders close by, or join your resort’s group chat and ask who’s heading up. You can also host an event so people can find you.
Can I find a ski partner for a trip somewhere new?
Yes. Add a trip with the resort and your dates, and you’ll show as available there for those days. Free accounts can have one upcoming trip at a time; Broski Pro allows unlimited trips.
Can strangers message me?
No. People send you a request first, and nobody can message you until you accept. You can block or report anyone from their profile.
